The World day for Safety and Health at work is celebrated annually on 28th April to promote the prevention of occupational accidents and disease globally. These celebrations are aimed at enhancing social dialogue towards a culture of safety and health. Promoting and creating a culture of safety and health greatly reduces work related diseases and injuries.
